The Vivi IGT Toscana Rosso (Typical Geographical Indication) is produced with grapes from vineyards with a selection of 50% Sangiovese, 35% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Each variety is harvested and vinified separately to extract the best compounds to create a great wine. At the end of the fermentation, the blend is made and the wine is refined for 30 months in bottles before bottling, then finishes with 12 months of bottle before marketing.
It is a wine born with the intent of expressing our terroir with different vines. We managed to enclose in the bottle the Tuscan character that derives from our history and traditions. For this reason, this name has been chosen, Vivi: as well as an exhortation is also our mother’s nickname and so we transmit all our love for this territory and for its products and in particular for wine.
