The Valcalepio Rosso Riserva Sancta Crux is produced with a careful selection of the vineyards of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After careful purification of the two grapes, the “cold cut” of the two wines is proceeded and the product obtained is refined in oak barrels of various capacities for a period of thirty months, at which time all the ‘Bottling followed by a stop at least 6 months before being put into service.
