“Tartufo cheese” is a semi-manufactured pasta cheese exclusively produced with the mountain milk coming from the breeding farms of Val Cavallina, Alto Sebino and Valle Seriana. Its crust, straw yellow, has many dark streaks due to the pieces of truffle blended in the pasta.

“Truffle cheese” as well as direct consumption is particularly suitable for being grated on pasta and rice dishes to which it gives a delicious and distinct scent of “Truffle”. The shape is cylindrical, with a diameter of about 30 cm and a weight ranging from 4 to 5 kg.
