Obtained from the careful selection of Marcigliana, Merlot and Syrah grapes grown in Agro San Sidero and Viscardi of Lamezia Terme (Catanzaro).
The dirty and pressed harvested grapes are left to macerate with the skins at controlled temperatures.

ODOR: Plum and pomegranate notes evolving in spicy and toasted ones
TASTE: Full, harmonious and round
