Our PROSECCO is a sparkling, aromatic, fine, intriguing, sparkling wine that leaves fruit hints in the mouth, with sweet notes of apple and orange blossoms and an extra dry flavor.
The acidity is balanced and in the mouth has a good persistence, but never intrusive or heavy. It shows straw yellow, evanescent foam and elegant perlage that anticipates the vibrant impact on the palate.

It is born from the grapes of muscat, harvested in our Euganean Hills towards the end of September to almost reach the grapes on the plant, so that they naturally release the characteristic aroma of Moscato. The same name, Moscato, comes from muscum (musk), just because of its intense aroma and its sweet aroma. It is distinguished by its yellow color, with reflections of gold-plated zebra that recalls the sun at sunset.
The flavor is dry, liqueur and enveloping and the perfume remembers the exotic fruits and the Orient.
It is confused that aromas that resemble orange, sage and rosemary and fruity perfectly feel the palate in a yellow and apricot finishing.
And its origins date back to the Mediterranean basin of the Mediterranean, where the Greeks discovered it and imported it into the territory of Magna Greece, including Italy.
