Cheese produced with milk coming exclusively from mountain area, belongs to the category of semi-cooked cheeses. Of cylindrical shape with diameter of about 60/70 cm, rounded bass height of 25/30 cm and weight ranging from 55 to 65 kg.
Characteristic of its round shape and its widespread appearance, the result of clever production methods and seasoning. The crust is shiny with lightly burnished color, with marking in focus.
In order to be able to appreciate the most delicious aromatic sweet taste, it is advisable to keep the Toma Monte Corna at room temperature at least two hours before consumption.
