TASTING NOTES

Colour: ruby red with violet tinges.
Bouquet: stronger tones of red berries, highlighted by the herbaceous background, with elegant, gradually overlapping notes of violet.
Flavour: great structure, tannins well supported by acidity. Finish with a great elegance and persistence.

Malolactic fermentation: spontaneous in steel tanks.
Aging: 12 months in steel tanks, 6 months in used French oak barrique.
